CURRENT WORK: Carrying Care > printmaking

Plastic packaging and transport bags have become oppressively unavoidable. I have learned to always carry my own reusable canvas grocery bags and a collection of previously used smaller paper bags to fill with produce and bulk items.
Inked and printed these same objects take on an underwater quality, far more poetic than they are being tossed into the landfill. Truly, a commentary on our lives as consumers.
