I have very fine hair and have never worn it longer than just touching my shoulders.
There was an afternoon in 2019 when I found myself walking behind a woman with very fine hair who had an incredibly lovely braid falling down her back to her waist. Always a fan of durational art projects I began to let my hair grow, and tangle and grow some more during the pandemic years when everyone was letting their hair go untended or tended differently.
On January 6, 2023 I tired of the experiment. The length cut off, saved to use as a brush.
